By providing your information, you may also recieve electronic communications, including SMS communications (for informational purposes only) or, email (for all permissible commercial purposes) from HPI Car History partner firms which may include third party marketing companies, affiliates, advertising agencies, and data aggregation companies regarding our or their services., You may opt-out of receiving electronic communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in each communication, but you must contact the third-parties directly to do so.

Internet technology and the applicable laws, rules, and regulations change frequently. Accordingly, HPI Car History reserves the right to change this agreement and its privacy policy at any time upon notice to you, to be given by the posting of a new version or a change notice on the website.
